Con-Way Truckload Drivers: What's Your 20? (2014 edition)

I think Cummins just cannot design a good engine. From what the service techs told me. The truck already had a turbo replacement and some fuel work done to it, I believe it was the fuel pressure sensor and a stabilizer. When i took it too International, they had to replace the PTI for the turbo and a Cam and Crankshaft sensor. Now from what they were told from Cummins, they are going too have to go inside the engine and look at some crankshaft components too see what could be the reason why I'm loosing power

Morning everyone. I had talked to truck assignments and they offered me one 680 13 with a cummins 268xxx miles. However its a tag axle and no twin screw. No telling the inside and outside condition of the truck either. What yall think?

I kinda enjoyed exploring the towns I broke down in. Madison Billings & Medford in particular.

Just sucks you don't get the pick the hotel.

I got me a freaking suite. Lol.
Had some hotel stays almost $3000. That wasn't even a suite. That was just in Odessa in a dumpy one.

 

I was partial to the Family Garden Inn in Laredo...happy hour & Munchies and draft beer and all that...now they put us in the Days Inn

 

Thankfully i am at home. I rather be broke down for a month at home or at least with family members in either Texas West Virginia New Jersey and Alabama.
