Try for Trimac Transportation; then when you reach 24 mos. total driving experience, switch to their Elite Fleet and make the big bucks.

He might get on Elite with a year, it's been done. Depends on how well he interviews. As for the big bucks...if this year stays the way it's been going I'm going to be breaking some records.

They set up a new team program out there and the terminal manager showed me the pay settlements. Those guys are making over 80k easy. It's not a normal team operation either. They are running a hard week regional and taking the weekends off. Pretty decent gig actually but I don't want to team. Bad news is the manager resigned and I don't know why, he was a really good man. I don't know who will replace him. Trimac is going through some major changes. Nothing has affected us drivers but management is changing rapidly. I think they are consolidating. Trimac Canada just went private like last week.

I definitely think things are getting a bit better overall. Little things that I can't put my finger on. Our freight base has been really good and our customers seem to fit our style. I have been burning the rubber off this truck with all the miles I've been running. I put in 3900 miles two weeks ago.
