I always found it funny to see people with zero experience tell people with decades of experience how they needed to be trained.

I would see people gripe and moan that they didnt get enough time behind the wheel in training, then when they get it...they complain that its too much time, they need a break, they cant keep focused that long.

Students gripe that they only get to drive one truck in school, they want more experience, then when they get in a different truck they gripe that it doesnt drive the same as the other truck they trained in.

In the end, being a bellyacher gets you no where in this business. Dealing with whatever comes your way in a calm and professional manner and providing solutions instead of problems...thats what will get you places in this business.

As far as moving the trailers, I wouldn't be surprised if the school wasn't allowed to move roehl's equipment. I'm sure their insurance company would have a #### fit. Also, how would they explain that they damaged one of them.

As far as backing in the mud.. Like a lot of people have said, that's the real world. And it gets much worse than bad mud in a drop lot.

Those roehl guys are dropping their trailers there right? They're backing in there. That's the real world.

Just take it as a learning experience and move on. If you're upset since you've wasted a day of training that you paid for.. Yeah, that sucks. But at least you got in a truck and had some drive time even if it wasn't ideal. During my time in school, dmv decided to inspect them. Shut down the school for a day and you can bet none of us got a refund or the training extended. We just sat in the parking lot and watched them look at the trucks.
