@4Ben_Frank, you are a danger to society. Those wonderful cameras make me feel safer since they keep uturn lovin fiends out of mega carrier trucks.

I hope that you learn your lesson and never again drive a truck with cameras and subject those poor defenseless cameras to a uturn ever again.

 

The Cameras.

I don't mind the camera too much. But if the #### thing records and tattles back to safety in the company office 2000 miles away then Ima have a fit.

If there is a camera on there, it will be a local camera with a yuuge memory stick inside of it so IF something happens it will be pulled and sent to safety otherwise they ####ing can have the truck.

Im a telling you, robots are fixing to drive those things in the few years to come.

What do you think the safety people are gonna do when you are snuggled with wife in the bunk spinning the antennas and rocking tthe camera's work with the creaking of the airride bags? Hmmm? I DO NOT THINK SO.

Fed wrecks has a perpetual add up here in Phoenix. I think it depends how desperate they are for drivers as to how strict the hiring requirements are.
Or just go to JBHunt, they are by far the best big carrier.

 

I got called in for a hard brake once. According to the driver facing I wasn't paying attention, because I was looking down.
I said now lets watch. I looked down after the hard brake to see WTF was going on with my feet. Tip of my boot caught the throttle as I was pressing the brake. Told him next time I'll just get in collision rather than making sure I have plenty of room to stop, to avoid these kind of meetings. He ( Plant Manager, new plant manager at that ) was not pleased lol. Received a verbal warning.
