If you could ask your dbl about it. I'd love to know the parameters. It could also be a new safety guy, or a bright idea from someone in your OPs.

I've never gotten that message either, and I'd say I shut down with less than an hour left at least 50% of the time.

I've never got that either, or a call from my DBL when I ran my 14 down to 1 minute.

    CaptainDaveG Thanks this.

Granted, I'm a IC but I've set the brake with 0 on the clock and no message.

That's got to be a 90 day thing. Ive never seen it before and I cant remember the last time I had more than an hour on my clock when I shutdown. I never got one when I was 0-90 days either. Maybe because I didn't have a 90 day dbl or its a brand new thing they are doing. Either way it seems a little redundant. Do people somehow not notice the PITA flashing red triangle on the QC?

Well the wife has declared that I need to stay at home. Mostly because she feels we need a problematic labrador that needs attention.

People (including myself) are dumb sometimes. Some of us are dumber more often and to a greater degree than others. Every time a driver does something that makes everybody else scratch their head and go "whelp, guess he DIDN'T have two brain cells to rub together" we get new policies and procedures that make the rest of us feel like we're back in kindergarten without the milk and cookies.
