A man wearing a reflective vest offered me his help for $20, i said no. The random guy that helped me did it out of free will. I guess he saw me make the same left turn 4 times. I got stuck in a gridlock, i think this was in china town, millions of people were walking by when the pedestrian light came on. They will crawl under your trailer if you happen to get stuck in a middle of a turn and the red light comes on..crb Thanks this.

Not sure about that situation because of the wieght limits
.... But I've been pulled over in a residential area delivery
The cop wanted to give me a ticket but I had paperwork as proof I had a local delivery there he then called his superior , when he showed up and checked into this
They let me off the hook
.... Your situation is a little different tho because of the wieght limits
.... Call the local law enforcement and ask for advice -
What are you hauling? Any motorized equipment. Think about possibly unloading done pre weight limit then coming back to get it if possible. I'm with the poster who said your only 15% over and unless you sat on the bridge a couple hrs or days it would be ok.

There is a walmart in mckinney texas where all the roads connecting to it says No Trucks.
Got a warning from a cop a couple weeks ago going to that walmart.
He told me I was supposed to take the Other road that also says no trucks, but he could understand my confusion about the whole thing. -
Too bad Walmart has their own fleet, or I'd say it would be time to make people victims of their own stupidity.

Now that I've been on it half a dozen times or so its not that bad. Only complaint I have is the 400hp isx12 with a 8ll and 100k. Jake sucks to begin with and it doesn't work at all on the low side and in 5th it likes to only come on at 1750 or above. Some of those hills were down to 2nd gear. Went up one hell of a lease road last night off of 33 I believe. Antero Pad for US-WS. Freshly paved, if it was gravel I don't think we would of had a chance w/o the skidder pulling us up. Both diff's locked in and she was still bucking around. A Sand Box truck was in the ditch earlier in the day prob from hopping to the side and driver panicked. 2nd trip I had a Mack pinnacle day cab and boy are those light on the front end compared to those 389 & 367 petes
Tell you what, that mp8 is a pretty stout engine compared to the baby cummins, that thing will lug all the way down to 1250 and recover pretty good. Has better throttle response tooLast edited: Jun 26, 2016
brian991219 and Hammer166 Thank this. -
Just call the place and ask them.
As an experienced driver you should know that 90% of all signs are garbage. Look at the bridge signs in NY, they're all off by a foot.
How many truck stops and warehouses are on streets retricted to trucks? Quite a few. -
No one to call. My job, my equipment, no one out there but me. I just rolled on. Didn't pass a single car on the load zoned road.
Hammer166 Thanks this. -
Welcome to the Texas Panhandle, huh? Lots of lonely roads out there.
