play a game? It was R&L, but Fedex was a good guess.
tucker Thanks this. -
R&L has a terminal out off of SR 2 that's pretty far from 31.
Edit to add: I once saw a turnpike double steel hauler in downtown LaPorte Indiana. I think he missed his turn somewhere lol -
in about 35 to 40 years il be doing the same thing on 294 on my last day be on the look out
ChicagoJohn Thanks this. -
Could the Toll Road have been closed for an accident? Sometimes it happens and they got keep going with no place to drop one off? Both Indiana and Ohio have extended weights for steel haulers across the northern part of both states.

YRC's depot is on S. Olive St. R&L has a terminal in New Carlisle that is right off of 2 and about five or so miles west of 31.

At my last company we would have 2 sets of turnpike doubles come the our break bulk facility every night. Our terminal was probably 4 miles from the turnpike drop yard. Our drivers would just haul both of them all the way to the let and then unhook there. Until one day a trooper followed them in. Pulled our supervisor aside and told him that if he saw that happen again there would be a heavy price to pay. And he meant that literally ..... cause those tickets are $$$$$$

So, I'm broke down in s bend and I just saw Conway on RT 23 & 31 with triples. There must be an exception that allows them to move from terminal to the tollway. It's like 7 miles away.

Con-Way is located on S. Olive. Once upon a time it seemed like every trucking company in town had their terminals on Olive.
