annual gross?

Our O/O are mileage as well. They don't do % or pay-per-load or anything like that. My company owns it's own broker company as well so I guess they could go through them and do it that way but that seems like a pain.

 

How would i go about doing that pay as a driver?

 

as a company driver you wont. as an O/O watching EVERYTHING you do. runs, milage, price on fuel, what you loads you get, what carrier you are leased to/ what kind of freight you pull/ wht area you run in/etc

 

Agreed, a big part is who your leased too, alot of crap out there...
