Mark S. @ Fine Tune CB (Hardrive)

So... I'm traveling northbound on I-65 in Alabama, talking to another driver. I thought we were going in the same direction until 12 miles later when he started to fade a little bit. We both realized we were going in opposite directions. He said my radio was walkin' the dog and kickin' the cat.

Fine tuned Connex 3300, Times Microwave LMR 240 coax and a Predator 10k antenna... it absolutely rocks.

It's been a little while since i have my radio but i wanted to use it a bit before posting this.

I have a stryker 955 match to a sirio 5000 mag mount and i use RK56 mic, planning on maybe buy the sra198?!?

Radio has been fine tune and with my set up i easily talk 20 miles to other radios that has been decently tune, i could do more with base station

Am i satisfied with my fine tune radio da... right i am, but what i like the most is the tech is still in touch with me from time to time inquiring about me using my radio.

After sale service is simply outstanding, i have spoken to the men on the phone maybe 3 times for about 2 hours, is he perfect probably not, but one thing for sure he is passionate of his art.

At first i was against having FB account i finally had to have one to get in touch with him, does it worth it YES it does.

What i wanted for my radio was pretty simple awesome RX and radio station quality sound on TX and this is exactly what i have now.

I am not paid to share my story, i am just a radio enthusiast who like to contact peoples from all over the world!

 

I'm gonna put my 2cents in on hardrive. first of all he has the best named cb shop----fine tune cb shop !!! who wouldn't want their radio to be fine tuned ??? he is a perfectionist and he tells you I don't care about the bird meter in his videos he's looking on his equipment right away to check the audio output and the receive of your radio......so he can tune the radio to the right specifications...the man knows quality from junk.... like coax your mic. etc.etc.etc. cb radio is a hobby for a truck driver like me...I look for quality products and quality work...depends on what your looking to do and how deep your pockets are.. $$$$$$$
