I believe they took east coast traffic that pmtg had and NC. Nice new loading pad.

Cassens can't keep up with what they have now. But seeing how it is most likely the Subaru plant that they will be hauling out of and cheap *** PTMG was there, those rates are way under Cassens radar. Should be under all of ours too, take notes.

    LBZ Thanks this.

Subaru didn't like Moore's attitude from what I heard. Cassens doesn't have anything coming back from NC . Not sure what all united road got. And I second cassens can't keep up now. Subaru is about to crank out 400+ units a day in the coming weeks or month.

Am still wondering how that Metro/McNutt/PMTG merger is working out. Would think that was a bad investment? Maybe there have been gains made that are not obvious? But do agree that was some dirt cheap stuff coming out of Lafayette.

There is no more Toyota out of SIA and there's no longer any Toyota units being brought into SIA.

Word is United Road will have 15 domiciled drivers out of Lafayette. 3 new flat tops sitting at a local shop. They have mostly been using O/O for the last few weeks.

They acquired NC traffic from PMTG. CTC picked up PA, WV and VA traffic that was PMTGs. CTC doesn't want the NC traffic. To far away from a backhaul.

CTC has no issues keeping up with SIA output.

But, something to keep in mind is URS has been kicked off SIA property before. If you are in the Lafayette area, looking to haul cars I would apply to Cassens.
