Double check your settlements. The $2 reweighs I don't mind eating (bs like washer fluid I already do) but the regular scale tickets can add up.

I was thinking of buying new wipers and submitting receipts but I think I will just wait until my next PM which should be in another week or so.

And I still haven't been able to nail down the hourly detention rate. I hear people say it's $20 ph but I have only ever gotten $10 ph.

I did ask payroll earlier this week but they didn't know for sure. Just said they pay whatever someone else authorizes them to pay.

I tried calling that someone else but you know how that story goes.

    Speaking of the Cranky One

Wish he was able to personally speak to the 3 people that I believe he ripped and offer a apology and if accepted he would be reinstated

However, reading tween the lines on the Row I think something else went down concerning the Administration of TTR which cooked his Goose

O well. ...He was a interesting read

Yea that happened to me once they first switched it over. Per Dennis write cash or write efs so they know. Also write if you have extra stops on your cover sheet if you have them along with your detention hours.

And the detention thing. I talked to @MidWest_MacDaddy today and both of us agreed something is definitely "fishy" I had a trip..12.5 hrs layover. Only got paid for 2.5. Now I understand we have to take a 10hr break but in my opinion if the shipper/receiver forces me into a break...I think we should get paid for it. But no, your not the only one with detention issues.

Huh? So you want to call the Office and tell someone there to call someone else, when it's fairly obvious that they are juggling a few things and new people doing different jobs, etc.

When the Driver, you, can just call the customer directly and work out the details???

not sure just how to respond to that.

So I'll just sit here and shake my head.

Amen Brother... It's a team effort and when one helps others it normally comes back around to your own benefit too... Either this trip going smoothly or the next trip.

We, Drivers, must be a bit pro active in many aspects.... From dealing with FM to Brokers to Customers... If it helps the process go smoother then the whole team benefits!!!

I don't know about anyone else but I seem to have plenty of time to make a few phone calls especially if I am going to benefit too.
