Why is anyone thinking home every weekend and it's a good a good thing?

Bingo! A good bit of these home every weekend means one to one and a half days(if your lucky).

 

Where would i find one like that!

 

That all depends on the company you work for. I run regional Northeastern or Bison Transport. Go out Sunday around noon and back in on Friday afternoon. Average around $80,000 a year for last 5 years. Running E-logs for last 5 years.

 

You are right. I am completely ignorant when it comes to the cost of living in States like that.

 

He'll work 90 hours a week to get that money.
That's 9 dollar an hour job.

 

I see that advertised on lots of trailers, Covenant, USExpress, 1000s of others, must be real.

My kids are grown , I'm not married and have my own truck
This biz is all about what you want to do man ! ...sometimes I want to be home weekly and others I want to hit the road for 6 weeks .
With things bein slow now i prefer to stay out and take my time taking advantage of good rates or camping out doin some haggleing .
