This is honestly the single worst part about working for them.

Their are clearance signs on both sides of that bridge. And yes the driver was coming from cruising the residential side of the tracks. (now a trail in this case).

The only thing Swift picks up in Pullman is scrap paper. Pullman is a College town with no other industry. Swift transports scrap paper to be cross docked to sea containers for shipment to China. The loads pay pennies on the ton. So Swift grosses like a hundred dollars for moving 48K of scrap paper 300 miles to Seattle. Usually takes a driver two days to hump the load over and get it unloaded. Driver gets to clean out the mess of a trailer then for the princely sum that 300miles pays a Swift driver. But it keeps a deadhead off the books. It doesn't pay for trucks, trailers, and bridges. That is mega-crap mentality thinking for you.

Probably was a trucking pirate, had one eye. You can imagine what that does for your depth perception.

"the truck driver is not from the area, was following his GPS, came to intersection and didn’t realize height danger“

Following his GPS and didn't realize the height difference??? I guess you can't expect him to read a map or an atlas if he can't even read or comprehend a bright yellow sign marked 11'
    Way to go, Swift
