Well, I can tell you, in Chicago, at least, the rates are about 20% down from last year (strictly line haul, not counting FSC). And I know rates where lower last year, from 2014....so...

You can make it pulling tanker regional (ask ChicagoJohn)...but you'll be out all week. -
