I have a Galaxy 66 and I had a bigger noise filter put in inside the radio , same one in the corba 25 that I also use they work just fine for me.

Disconnect the antenna from the radio and see if the noise is still there. If it is, then it is likely coming in through the power line and installing a noise filter on the power line should fix it. If the noise goes away with the antenna disconnected then it is being picked up by the antenna. This could be caused by poorly shielded coax, and replacing the coax with good quality (RG8x) cable should help. You can also try turning the key on and off, and various switches on the truck on and off to try and identify whether the noise is being generated from one specific source. Hope this helps.
