Starting orientation at Taylor truck lines

to your first paycheck. make sure you get your 500 bucks. The other 500 will come to you after 120 days.. Make sure you get all of the offers in writing and don't let companies trick you.. Let me know about the company. My name is Tony.. I didn't accept the offer. Too far to travel and the people cant get drivers home every weekend. I didn't take the offer.

 

Please let me know if the trucks and trailers are in good condition and let me know if you get your first bonus added to your first paycheck..Taylor Trucking.
Stay for at least a month or two and see if you will make good money.. 600 a week is no money for drivers.. Most companies don't pay good
for OTR driving. I didn't make any real money with Interstate Distributors.. I wouldn't refer drivers to go that way. No miles and no good paychecks.

 

i have been at Taylor 10 years!!! its like im family! Gina is the mom for everyone!!! we have a house for the drivers, cars to check out to drive around town. they go well out of there way to help you!!! Safety is on your side always and will get the job for what ever you need. The recruiters dont lie as they dont get paid for how many drivers they bring in, there pay is the same weather you come to orientation or not! it is just you cant make everone happy, there is always the constant complainers and they are never happy no matter what!! right???? so what ever people put on here can not be all right, its more about the person they are and if there a happy person or not, Right? for orientation on your first check will be $500.00 and then after 4 months you will get the other $500.00. they never cheat the drivers. If your a real trucker driver then you no what i mean. they are plenty of drivers that can be lazy and not do a good job, and make it hard on themselves. Who are you going to listen to someone who was here for 2 weeks, or someone who has been here 10 years?? I know many drivers that have been with Taylor for a very long time!! I have got a birthday card from Taylor every year!! Gina (the Mom, and we are all her kids) she calls everyone and sings them happy birthday!!! They always have treats for us and unlimited Coffee. the cars are always filled up with gas, that Taylor pays for all the gas

 

oh and one more thing, the longer you are with any company the better it gets. Job hoppers wouldnt know this. They are always buying new equipment, and i drive a 2013 with a new trailer
