Hello haulers.
I just got my permit and finished my 20+ hours of training and am looking for anyone generous enough to hire me so I can get my experience while team driving.
I do have some small experience (about 2 months) driving a 53' trailer that a friend of mine let me ride along. Though I wasnt getting paid for the driving, I was doing drop & hooks, OTR driving from Los Angeles, CA to Phoenix, Tracy and Vegas hauling anything from dog food, water, foam, paper and more.
I do want to become an auto hauler though and am looking for some paid experience. I have my permit and am looking for someone to cut me a break while I get my full CDL. Yes im looking to get paid as well.
Can anyone help me out?
Anyone hiring?

Sign on with a carrier like Swift. Do a year to 18 months and then your ready to learn how to haul cars. As a trainer, I can say I don't have time to teach you how to drive and load and secure cars at the same time. Haulin cars is whole new world compared to pullin a box. There may be a company that will take you after 6 months, but no one comes to mind.
Terry270 Thanks this.
