Nope, you're still a rookie, I spent 3 yrs in shipping and receiving, now I I'm on the other side of the fence, I still haven't gotten it figured out.

 

There's less than 10000 hours in a year so you're not there yet.

 

Who is " they " ?

 

you can only count the actual hours your doing what ever it is you looking to be proficient at. If you only wait an average of 8 hours a day at the dock, then it would take 1250 blocks of 8 hours to make the 10000 hours needed to be considered proficient.

 

All we can tell you is that it is a government agency.
