    It actually would be pretty easy to add exceptions. Or more like add a fleet owner category to the driver table and only activate it for those that have proof that someone that's not driving is booking loads. That would suck though, mainly because it would give a huge advantage to anyone that's able to get that activated.

    20 mile live load/unload turned into drop/hook at both ends
    :):):):):):):):):):):)

    Consignee wouldn't release MTs to all the drivers coming in today, so was sent on a wild goose chase half the day looking for an MT
    :oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops::oops:

    Still dont have one and am waiting for them to send me somewhere else :mad:

    It was likely put into the system wrong.
    All the drivers were bobtailing out.
    Customered requested a drop and would not release MTs.
    They just wanna hold all the trailers hostage. Smh
    I missed my next load due to this and got a VNU for it so yay for that at least.

    If you accepted the load according to the terms of it being a live load/unload or vice versa, do you have any recourse to be compensated for the lost time/loads from Schneider?

    Coming over to Choice in September...that aspect kind of sucks, especially if it costs an IC a good paying load due to scheduling at no fault of their own, but I guess no company/program is perfect lol
