Not sure if you can or can't as I've never tried but you're not a mike away from an OC, you're a mile away from an unglorified drop lot. Any place I need a flashlight to take a dump does not qualify as a "yard", or an acceptable place to overnight.
My standards may be low, but I do have standards.
