Any one of you using the Haier or Danby ones in a newer Cascadia? I've been checking around, & it looks like the width is a problem. Can't be wider than 15 1/2" as I remember. F/Liner is nuts @ $500+ & 100 for installation kit.

I've been using both the Engle and an Arb brand, one as a fridge and the other as a freezer, for the last few years. They're both ultra low voltage draw units and last for years and years. Not cheap but they're well worth it. No comparison to the typical truckstop type coolers. A good investment.chopper103in Thanks this.

So, I bought a Frigidaire mini fridge to put into my truck.. I replaced my passenger seat with it. And it rattles something awful!!! So i went looking for a different one. And ALL the ones I found do the same thing! In the back is a round kettle like thing.. and whatever is inside is what is making the noise. I went looking today for a different one and I must have looked at 30 different models.. they all do it. I cant do that... it would drive me nuts! It would be like having a cowbell go off on every bump! Anyone else find this? Know a model that doesnt? Or maybe I could spray foam it? Would that cause it not to work properly?
