When he stuck to the fuel mileage stuff and fuel was $4.00a gallon, and most of his original ideas were derived from his own experience, he had some valid suggestions. And his real area of expertise, bookeeping and tax preparation are also worth while.
But when fuel took a dive, and he was forced to change topics -health and fitness- which he has no legitimate backround in, his credibility took a big hit. Not to mention the glider kit fiasco. There are very few talk show hosts who are really experts in the fields their shows cover. Everyone has an opinion and one other part of the anatomy. -
I highly recomend the podcasts if you don't wanna deal with commercials.

I used to listen, but, to me, he comes across as very condescending.

Nemo and the morning show seem genuine, but the afternoon shows, unless you are a regular and seem to know the hosts, it's not worth calling or listening to, it almost seems like a private show.

While there is a fair amount of useful info on his show, especially on the weekend shows, I got kinda tired of the whole "if you'd like to learn more about this critically important topic we're talking about, sign up for the CMC" thing.
