    Wytheville, VA down to Atlanta.

Run down 77 to Charlottle then across 85 or 81 all the way to 40 in Chatanooga and then down 75? Trying to get to Gatorade/Quaker oats on the far west side on Westgate Pkwy. I haven't been down this way in years and don't think I've ever been on that stretch of 77 or 85. Light load...empty future pee bottles.

    77-85 is the quickest route.

You can go both ways. Depends what time of the day you gonna get to Atlanta. Running 85, you will have to take the beltway all the way around the city and earlier Charlotte is the only bottleneck. From 75 it's less Atlanta traffic in this case, but you still have Knoxville and Chattannoga, so go figure.

Alright I'll probably do 77 and 85. Should be getting into ATL around midday so it might not be too terrible on 285.

Kinda wished I'd gone 81 down to 75.

77 is fine until you get down to the construction pit north of Charlotte. Then I cut across 485 to 85 and remembed how much I loathe Atlanta.

Ya . used to do Fla to Atlanta then over to Ca Wa. Now mostly north east. Even tho traffic is Hell lol id still rather go Bronx or 287 then Atlanta. N east is free for all compared to 285 and 85. 55 means 55 there PLUS hell traffic ! Good luck

Lol, 55 on 287 or 78 usually means 55 is the minimum you should be going in the middle lane next to another truck. Other than that, it's a complete free for all.
