Friend drives for Werner, typically out 6 weeks by choice, when he leaves, he's got a full tank of gas, covers it with a fitted cover, and uses a solar battery maintainer that hooks to the battery, works like a trickle charger for a motorcycle battery, the solar panel sits on the roof, attached to the cover with Velcro, he has a little slit in the cover for the wire to run through (and silicone to prevent moisture), the wire runs down, into the engine compartment and plugs into the maintainer beside the battery. Has a 2014 Escalade, hasn't had a single issue with it. He also dumps a small bottle of stabil in the tank at fill-up.

Depending on where you live, you could looki into Relay Rides. It's a car sharing company that allows you to share your car when you're not using it. Upon approval, they install a state of the art GPS system in your vehicle, and cover your vehicle with commercial insurance of about a million bucks. Google Relay Rides or "share your car".
EDIT:
It's actually called Toro now. Now that i"ve looked at the site (I haven't looked at it in quite some time) they've changed their business model. They no longer do the GPS system they used to....So much for this post!
