I wouldn't sign a lease today on any truck and I'm a little above a newbie.

So a smart business owner would realize revenue is down. One way to combat that is reduce expenses. Like .................... buy an old Schneider glider..................... OH WAIT, we cant do that. Doesnt say much for the business/contractor "relationship" we are supposed to have.

I couldn't agree more. Matter of fact I wouldnt recommend anyone coming on board at this time.PoleCrusher, TransplantBadger and centralmi Thank this. -
Anybody know of another option similar to IC? I'm always keeping my options open. Perhaps a company that allows gliders

When 1.15 per mile loads disappear as soon as they confirm, yea it's bad. And there were better loads to be had. Not much but somewhat better.
CaptainDaveG and mxpx148 Thank this. -
Rates are definitely down from last year but I still plan on getting a new truck in October when my lease is up. I was looking at a Fitzgerald glider but evidently that's not an option now.
