I would call the Bar Association for that area. They will refer you to an attorney who handles those type of problems. Or just google attorneys in that area. Even if you contact one who cannot help you, they usually will tell you who to call.
Mudguppy, LindaPV and David_Simpson Thank this. -
Prepare to spend a couple of thousand on a lawyer ...... Best money you've ever spent......
VA hates trucks anyways.... -
Get a lawyer. But don't expect that you'll be find not responsible for accident. For a couple hundreds lawyer will negotiate for ticket to be amended to no traffic violation. That's all you can expect
Mudguppy Thanks this. -
Best $50 I've spent... Already saved me from one guy who ran into the side of my truck while merging who tried to blame me. Dash cam had him in his car driving away in less than a minute.sherlock510 and Mudguppy Thank this.

I've had good success with using Drivers Legal plan dot com. Although I'm a member and pay the monthly fee, they should be able to help you. I would recommend joining something like this.
I've had 3 tickets so far and they have gotten me out of all of them. Every time I've had to pay whatever state a fine and be put on a 3 or 6 month supervision but the main thing is I have nothing on my record.
Good luck @Mudguppybigblue2016, ramblingman and Mudguppy Thank this. -
If I'm not mistaken the CSA points are there regardless what you do. I've always know CMV Officers to be judge, jury and executioner when writing a level 1, 2 or 3 CSA inspection. If you pay $10 for your PSP, you'll see it already there. I don't know of a process to fight it. Even if you do beat your ticket.Mudguppy Thanks this.

No matter what the attorney can do a accident is public record and if anyone looks hard enough it can be found if the situation is only a fender bender try to get off the road avoid calling cops I use legal shield if you don't like what the attorney says they will refer another in any state
Mudguppy Thanks this.
