Yeah but it seems like he didn't do #### for you the first time. And remember lawyers like big cases that make money. Your CDL appeal is pennies for him so he may not be helpful

I know someone who this happened to in KC. They hired a traffic specialty atty out of the phone book. Never had to appear. $700 in advance. Got it reduced to improper registration and got change back from the $700. Good luck, brother.

Sounds like Mr. Lawyer took you to the cleaners. There is probably some recourse from him, but would likely involve ANOTHER lawyer.

I actually can drive in Nebraka, just not for hire. I want this appealed, because on one truck I do have commercial plates, and I do get off season work. I'm a farmer myself.
