For a former employer to say anything about you as a former employee they normally want a release from you saying its ok.
As to what the form says, did you read it when you signed the release? As to what they say after receiving the release, you may never know. Assumed if you get the job it wasn't so terrible...

It's an employment verification of history form. Trucking has pretty stringent requirements in place regarding historical documentation of work history.
On one release form I signed, the new employer included, "would you rehire this applicant?" One of my previous employers replied, "No", but I didn't give a crap because I would never work for them again anyways.
The dispatcher was an insufferable jerk...
Didn't keep me from being employed by the new company anyways.

I didn't see a release today the guy I work for said they faxed the release to him but he didn't get a chance to see what it say but I'm just curious of that they may asked him n the release
-
What they may asked him in the release

I worked for my grandfather farm hauling stuff so I was getting paid cash that's y I'm like they may not verify that because of that
-
They may not...
-
Why not they should I have a year under my belt
-
They wouldn't never sent a release form if that was the case lol

A release should have at least your signature as it is you that are releasing the former company to release information to the new company.
If they are sending out "releases" with out the persons permission to release then they could get into trouble.
