Over 500 pounds 700-800 probably could throw 1,000 on them if you really had too, I bent my old one with 500, but these are solid as a rock. I had the one loaded up today with 400lbs and it didn't even phase it.

Magliner Gemini II I have it in my garage, I bought it brand new from Global Industrial supply added all the accessories thing cost me almost $800.00.
Here it is delivering a load of liquor to the Elyrai, Ohio AMVETS Club during the wintertime of 2014.

They definatly came from Mattingly yeah one day you just stopped seeing Mattingly Foods Trucks and that was it, GFS ran them straight out of business.G13Tomcat Thanks this.

Nice carts, but way heavy for what I do. I also don't need brakes...if I can't slow a stack of chips with just muscle I'd better quit now
. My cart is a very basic Magliner, plus the frame rails from a second Magliner, with a bent-tube extension nearly 3 feet long on top of that. Oh, and pneumatic tires.
If I ever get my dream TIG welding setup, I'm making my own, with a telescoping upper half to accommodate different height trailers we use. Also, more easily replaceable blades that don't require the wheel mounting portion of frame to be replaced too (silly Magliner, those blades wear out). Got a few napkin sketches, but really need to get a decent CAD program and start seriously working on it.Mike2633 Thanks this. -
Our Magcoa's are no better have to take the whole darn thing apart to put on a new blade, if you are lucky enough to get a new blade.

Actually wrong on both counts. School deliveries was pretty much limited to textbooks in late summer. Sally Beauty was at least a twice a week thing. No lift gate for either one. You tailgate it, then you unload it and wheel it in.
Had one idiotic new manager at a Payless Shoe dive try to insist that I separate her freight by label color. That went over like a fart in church! She called her district manager and was straightened out in a hurry. In part of her conversation i heard her say, "but in manager's school we were told they would." (She was too new to have learned the, "but the other driver always does it" line.
She lasted for just a couple of months.
New blade? What's that????
We actually had several hand trucks that some jack arse had welded the company name on the blades. Talk about a pita to use...

We tried that Sally Beauty account. We dropped it after they refused to pay their inside delivery charges.

I've heard numerous LTL guys from all different companies complaining about ole Sally! Lol. Must be a real PITA.
