Doesn't match my experience. I work for them now. Nice miles but not 2900 in 2 days and if they accidentally did they would reschedule delivery. How could they owe you "5 grand"? they pay for everything! Even CAT scales. I pay 0. And no deductions on pay for insurance or anything. What really doesn't add up is your claim that they owe you for lumpers. We haul Hazmat and don't use lumpers in 99% of deliveries. Are you sure your talking about Silvicom???? Silvicom driver truck 309

Worked for them for a month in Mar/Apr of 2016. Nick was my dispatcher. Can't say enough good things about him. Company was good to me. In fact I am thinking about going back to work for them now. Could you PM me at phantam308@yahoo.com. Would like to talk to you about this.

I only worked for them for a month in 2016 but I would work for them again. Sure there are some negatives. They did charge me $150 for cleaning the truck when I left, and it would have been hard to get home if I stayed but this is partly because of where I live. The good is my paychecks always came out within 5% of the miles I ran and they paid me .55c per mile. Nick was a good dispatcher. I'm a country boy from the sticks of NM so I did have a hard time understanding the accent sometimes (Bulgarian) but used text messages to get around that. All in all I would say they are a pretty good company. I think they have a lot of "charges" that they threaten you with but they do pay a premium wage for a professional driver.

I agree with angel777, Silvicom out of Melrose Park Illinois is the best company I have ever driven for. I've been driving since 1998. They have direct deposit and on average every Friday my deposit is $1,500 to $2,100. I drive a new truck. Dispatch, maintence, management, and recruiting are very respectful and accommodating. Really a great company. If you are a seasoned driver that knows "the ropes" and can do the job, you can not do better in my opinion.....period.

    Hey.

I'm hired already. But with mixed reviews, I need to get some good reliable information.
