Yeah I would stay away from working for him he comes up with all the excuses when time to pay, even threatened to charge for trespassing just because I said I'll wait at the legal address for his buisness for my pay. Just wanna make other drivers aware of his Shady actions

Worst nightmare- first of all call me a liar if you want. That is the pot calling the kettle black. When you were hired you said you had customers that would follow you that had loads between 1600-2000 daily. I beilived you. You wanted 400/day gross pay so that was a simple 25% of the gross to the truck. Clearly stated in your employment agreement. When you didnt deliver I had you hauling loads for MY customers that paid less which cause your daily pay to go down. Then you also stole my truck and abandoned it in Grande Prairie. I wont even get into the threatening me with "bikers".
dustinbrock and Majestic 670 Thank this. -
Jason. You are hilarous. Trying so hard to find me and I have always been right here. Lets get into your story. Yes you drove for me. But only for 2 weeks. In that time you side swiped another one of my trucks because you were too lazy to get out of the truck and look how close you were to another unit. So instead of firing you like I realize now I should have you agreed in text messgae to split the repair cost of the one trailer. My mistake for thinking text messages will hold up in court. Then not even a week after that you left a valve open at a riser and had a spill. So at that point I HAD to fire you. And you are right I DID owe you the money of 900 that was taken off your check as per our agreement via text. Labor board informed me text messages are not a formal agreement and I was in the wrong. So I sent you $1000 by email transfer and you have now dropped the complaint. My mistake with an easy fix.dustinbrock Thanks this.

Daniel- no I did not short you anything. If you cannot wait to load in the morning because you dont have a babysitter. Find another industry to work in. All you have is the texts I sent to you to try and save face with you so you didnt damage my equipment on the way back to Edmonton where I could fire you. Yes I did get you to give the trailer to another driver so he can go out and do the job you were supposed to. Here is a lesson in business for you, if the truck is not loaded you are not making money. If you have to wait overnight to grab the load so be it. Then at least the truck is making money and covers its costs. Also you never fire a driver while they are on the road because they can damage your equipment and there is no recourse as a business owner against an employee for damages, see my post to Jason.
