Is it legal to posses 2 different Trucking driver licenses

FMCSA Approved foreign license? Well, the only foreign ones that are recognized are Canadian or Mexican CDL's. If that is the case, you can have only one CDL. It can be a jail-able offense if you get caught with two.

I can remember years back, when we would stop a custom harvesting crew, over half of the drivers would have South African licenses. That was always a mess.

 

I've got a military drivers license, does that count???

 

Had an small fleet owner in IN who used our NJ location to obtain plates for his 6 trucks {pre-total IRP] as NJ was cheaper.

NJ issued him a 'Corp code" with the same format as a NJ driver license number; If he had a corporate name the first digit would have been a number but as an individual proprietor it started with the first initial of his last name, same as a NJ driver license .

I had to contact the Nebraska DOT and explain why he came up In the system with two driver license numbers and they checked it out and changed the inspection report - pre Data Q....

 

I have two Mine and wife. When I get pulled over. She jumps in the seat lol
