The are the biggest liars don't go near them unless you have a boat load of money they try to get you into a shiny truck with engine problems and tell you to take it to a shop to fix it and they will pay even though you have not been in the truck for a day then OKs the work to get done with the mechanic and when the work is done they told me to pay or they will take the truck back obviously so they can sell it on my dime stay away
American Truck Group is the biggest scam in the trucking industry stay away from the lies

Should've done your homework. There is a lot of info on here about them. Sorry you got the shaft
-
Why did you accept the truck?
-
Because I thought the truck was ok but after the engine came on I took it back to the shop to get it fixed and what I realized after was all the mechanic did was clear the system and after about 200 miles the light came back and I was going to bring it back again even though I was under dispatch they introduced me to what is called the break down line and that's when I meet good old lying Ralph the GM out of Mississippi and he wanted me to go to a TA which I did and they didn't have the right equipment so he told me to go to a dealer as a side note he is moving me away from where I am to give the truck back and get another one anyway when I finally got to a Cummins shop they authorized the dealer to do the work and that they would pay so I was happy the next day I go to pickup the truck after spending 100 bucks in a hotel Ralph tells me I have to pay or find a way home because they are going to take the truck at this point I am 10000 in the hole look I can go on and on about these criminals my advice is to stay away don't say you were not warnedwalstib Thanks this.

And this is why you never buy a truck (lease even) until it's looked at by a 3rd party mechanic. And a real mechanic, not some TA tire changer. Sorry you got screwed, but people need to realize leasing is starting your own business and needs to be treated as such.
