You're right, why ask the question if you already know the answer?
You should stay home and just find a job in a Lilly white neighborhood dealing only with people of a matching skin tone.
It is far too dangerous out here for you.
Driving in areas you don't belong

Be careful where you wear different colors. Some gangs claim blue and you might get shot wearing blue. Watch out for red, yellow, and black also. The flying polar bears claim white so be careful wearing white. The gangreens wear green so be careful with green west of the Mississippi. Be careful out there and watch your color coordination.

Just remember everybody eats, sleeps, and craps so whether the general public realizes it or not, you are giving them the ability to eat, sleep, and crap cleanly and safely!

I think you're way too paranoid about "the hood." It's not some dystopian hellscape like you see in some action movie from the 70s. I'm as white as it gets and have had zero problems when in poor urban areas (Mostly Dallas, LA and Chicago). I've never felt afraid or been bothered, but what time of day you go is huge. Most violent crime (in any area) happens at night. But even at night, while driving, I seriously doubt you're going to get jacked in the street.
I wouldn't park a truck at night in the hood, but your truck can get robbed at a lot of places. -
IF there is a riot going on, yeah, GTFO.... but the odds of you being caught in a riot are slim to none. You're more likely to get killed by a tornado or falling in the bathtub than in some riot.

I was in LA when Reginald Denny got the crap beat out of him. I took the 210 instead of the 10.

You shouldn't worry about things that you cannot control. The goal for us driver should be to make money and make it home safely. Driving through any area is a part of the job. Just do it, mind your business, and stay alert.
Lepton1 Thanks this.
