R R Donnelly Bollingbrook IL I 55 ex263

I always wondered about that place. Never been there but saw it several times from I-55.

 

So I guess some things never change, checked in at 08:15 for a live load. 15:00 and still not done.

 

When I first got my own authority I hauled dry van, I usually ended up with time sensitive loads because they paid a bit more on the load boards, well this place was taking forever to load me so I called the broker and told him, no way I'm going to make the delivery time on this load because they're taking forever to load me, he made a call to the place I was waiting to get loaded at and boom, I was miraculously getting loaded, if places take forever and you have a delivery time, get on the phone and contact whoever you need to because it might speed up the process, thanks for your post about this place as I live very near Bolingbrook il

 

They're not the only one that's a PITA. I've dealt with several RR Donnelley locations, lot of times they either take all day or more often load the hell out of the tail so you're either overweight or have to slide it #### near all the way back to be legal. Hate dealing with them

 

I lol ed at handcuffed turtle and trying to picture that..

 

I've done a 34 at Bolingbrook.

Sitting in York since 2pm yesterday, I get $35 an hour after 2 hrs, I know the company gets more than I do from the broker, I don't see how they can afford to have 20 trucks herein the bobtail area all night.... They guy sitting next to me ^was here 5 hours before me.

 

It's nice to know 4 years later nothing's changed.
