Al is actually a great guy. He used to be director of operations, now (I might have the title slightly off but whatever) he's the director of driver relations. At any rate, he has absolutely zero tolerance for BS and comes off pretty brash sometimes, but if you're a good person he will treat you right. Actually, he'll pretty much walk through the fires of hell for his drivers, if it comes down to it. If you have a problem, go ask, he'll most likely take care of it right there on the spot.
