    Heard they got caught re working IL . permits
    So now he fires up another company
    Wonder if in the buy out there was a no compete clause for X amount of years

    If you were an independent contractor O/O how can they put anything on you DAC if you were not an employee? What's a Simplex report?

    sold to el henderson which is owned by prime,i woked there rate went from 3.00 ml to 1.00 they started hauling steel lost several contracts there is a no compete clause thats what i was told, i went from 2200-2700 wk to 900mls wk was making good money there before that .guy from roehl bought open-deck side thats why. they started hauling steel.before 90percent ag equiptment....that is tennant trucking...then arron started simplex...

    yes they got in trouble on permits,they used a permit that was a year old thats how they got caught, blamed the driver said it was his fault.fired the dm and then rehired him.

    Yea the story I heard was they were blaming the driver. An old friend of mine, his wife works in their permit dept. She flat out refuses to redo permits, plus she has or had several drivers she would not do permits for as she said they were bad about not giving the correct dims..
