    I don't think anyone on this board works for superior but at my company, a spouse + kids is over $400 per pay period. We have Aetna. I'm single and childfree and pay about $20 per period but if I had a family I would have to look elsewhere.

    $400 sounds about right my last company was $450 I think. New company $190 per pay period thank goodness.
