I see some company t680s fairly often. Everyone I know that drives for swift has a cascadia. That's 3 solo guys and a team. One of the solo guys is flatbed and he's got a brand new extended frame cascadia.
Your dad should just go Swift Owner Operator (aka L/P everywhere else) and make no money but have free riders from day 1 -
No need to duck ... it went way over your head.
-
Havn't you heard all the accidents and damage swift drivers are doing is causing financial hardship to the company. Seems the idiot steering wheel holders are breaking the bank. They have to recoup some money.
-
I don't know where you heard that.
Try about $23 per month.
Not that bad.
The system has changed since last year. Now we have to commit to a 3 month period, which costs $68 if I remember correctly. One rider for 3 months, $68 total.
I got hit twice this year.
My youngest daughter got on the truck with me, but she got homesick. She lasted 10 days on the truck.
I paid $68.
Then Leann (I know...!!!) got back on the truck with me, and I had to insure her... for another $68 for a 3 month period.
But 60 bucks a week?
No way. -
I must have one of the only white ones.
A21CAV Thanks this. -
Hey everybody. I'm going flatbed in the midwest region after training. I'm trying to find out what i can about the trucks, mostly flatbed. I seen one older youtube video,...do they have or allow inverters yet? Do they have or allow tv mounts? What about space at least for a fridge? Are they all pretty much all the Cascadias? Last i heard they were going all automatics as well. I thought i had seen that the flatbed tractors were white or black also(?) Any ifo would be helpful, thanks everybody in advance
