    We have a 2016 Cascadia Evolution open that is leased on with FedEx Custom Critical hooked to a reefer. We pay starting at 40% of the gross linehaul (minus fuel and tolls) ... and we increase the percentage based on the endorsements/certifications/TWIC/Passport, etc.

    The truck gets paid $75 for each hazmat load, $1.00 a mile for all deadhead miles, and between $1.50 and $1.75 a mile for all loaded miles ... so at 40%, you would see .40cpm for empty and .60 to .70cpm for loaded. We also pay 40% to 100% on accessorials, and we have multiple bonus programs. Truck has fridge, microwave, in-motion satellite TV w/DVR and NFL package (we pay for), ThermoKing Tri-Pac APU, and Great Dane trailer with TK Precedent reefer.

    Our current three teams at FedEx from 1 JAN to 1 JUL are averaging for all miles: .615 cpm, .613 cpm, and .630 cpm

    No forced dispatch, truck stays with you and FedEx Freight yards can hold the trailer if/when you go home, run locations you want to ... owners are extremely hands off and basically we turn the truck over to you and let you run it as if you owned it. Will put you in contact with our current teams for more info if you want. We have 7 tractors total, 4 at FedEx, 2 at Panther, 1 at Forward Air.

    Depends on a lot of things but we typically run 3 weeks then go home a week due to where we live.

    UPDATE: Sorry all but we are not interested in running for FED EX, UPS or any other Expedited company. We would consider working for an O/O if the money is right. Our home time is key. We work 3 weeks and home for 1. From what we have seen here so far, nothing is practical. Everyone seems greedy. We do have an offer that is very reasonable but are not making any knee jerk reactions.

    We are looking for a team to run either Flatbed or Reefer. 3 weeks out 1 week home is what our drivers do right now. We would like to talk to you guys if you are still interested in running. We run All over the south and west to California. No PNW and No NE.
