I've never heard anything really bad about Boyd. Except they don't hire where I live. But I know Britton. Been here 5 yrs on Dec 9th. Really happy with them. They pay me well, get me home pretty regular, and everyone I work with is friendly and easy to get along with. Britton is small, but growing. Peelsession also works here on the flatbed fleet as a company driver. Lost Navigator was a company driver here, then bought a truck and put it on here. The three of us are really happy.SOAthor Thanks this.

Thanks man. Do they have a program for new drivers?

Builders transportation hires a lot of western express drivers. The general consensus on orientation is inmates at county lock up get treated with more dignity.
And no builders doesn't hire students. They require at least 3 months otr. If recommend maverick to start out -
Yes. Britton has a small finishing program. 3 or 4 trainers in the fleet. 1 flatbed trainer, that's me, and the others are van/reefer trainers.
