I was a trainer at CRST. It's all teams.
I drove solo for SRT a long time ago, they were fair. Out of the 3 you listed, I'd go to SRT.

@Chinatown I'm going to contact them Carolina Logistics in the morning I did an application for Millis Transfer and they said they are not hiring from this area at the time.. but ive heard they got cams in the trucks....and I Have went to a WIA program but they wanted me to take math courses and all to get into the program which I feel is very unrelated to what I'm trying to do but imma go back and look into it and I haven't heard anything about Tran AM

TransAm doesn't have their own school, but does hire new cdl grads.
    How about Roehl Transport?
Do you live East of I-95? If so, that's a dead zone for some trucking companies.

Try not to over think this. Just do what you have to do to get started. Your first company is just for the learning experience and getting a cdl. It's only temporary and in a few months you can move on to the good outfits.

You could lease a truck and become an indentured servant, and be miserable.
