Therein lies the rub. Those are only half of the settings. I am not getting that result on either the Windows laptop version or the phone/tablet version.

Birmingham to Greenville example.
In your truck profile, do you have "State and National Network" checked? In the road settings, do you have "Freeways" and "Highways" set to "Favor" or "Strongly Favor" and not "Neutral?"

Good questions. @Dieselboss

State & NN is checked but grayed out.
Freeways & Divided Highways Strongly Favor
(All else neutral)
Even if it's only half the settings, when and why would it be acceptable and/or legal to route a 53' 80k truck/trailer thru ATL??? One would expect that to trigger the route around no matter what.Last edited: Sep 5, 2016

Agreed... Willing to verify anything.
Unfortunately that didn't seem to be the issue. -
Go to Main Menu / then the little gear / then swipe to the bottom and tap "About CoPilot." What is your version at the top? Then under that it will say "Data: GRD_ALK.NA-North America - ????" What are the next numbers after the dash?
What is your OS? Windows, Android, iOS?
You say that "State and National Network" is grayed out. BUT, is it CHECKED and grayed out? There is still a little check box to the right of it even when grayed. -
I think I got it. Are you on "Practical" (which means "truck practical by the way") or shortest.
-
By the way. Will you take a screenshot of what it looks like when you press "Alternate" for me?
-
Sure thing...
