I don't know. I don't listen to Nelly, and I play this song as a gag.

That'd be fine by me, as I don't waste money on chrome...although you can still see if the nuts are leaving brown rust streaks on the rims with the nut caps on, and the hub (if it's leaking) will leak out from behind the center caps, too. Those big discs that fill in the entire rim area (let's just pick on Schneider, since they stand out as a company that uses them), on the other hand, block your view of the rims and look as though they'd interfere with checking air pressure. Full fenders, especially the tire-hugging kind, also make inspecting the tire tread nearly impossible.
Makes no sense for a driver to be required by the regulations to look at certain things to ensure the vehicle is safe to operate...and then HIDE the very things the driver is supposed to inspect behind "aerodynamic" or "cosmetic" enhancements.
Everything I've done with my own truck has been functional...to help it do it's job. If that 1/4 mpg you're looking to pick up is going to make or break you, perhaps you should raise your rates. -
I whole heartily agree. I don't own a truck, have no chrome, but my truck is shiny, and polished. Being aerodynamic is not something this company cares to have in their vocabulary.
