K&B Transportation. BEST OTR COMPANY

Most of the people replying have never worked at K&B, they just base their facts/opinion from negative threads they've read about K&B. And some of you were questioning that I wasn't a driver. I can understand us debating but why do you guys quickly believe any negatives that ppl say but don't want to accept any positive backed with clear evidence? That's really sad when we have people feeding of negative reviews. And for the record, if you guys remember on the original post I said K&B isn't heaven and that anyone who wants to make it here will have to bring 3 things; one being patience and the willingness to work hard. The money is here to be MADE not collected. I simply informed people that K&B is a place where they can make it if they try just like I did. Most of the people, not all of them who posted negative before had too much pride to let a "college kid" tell them what to do, and that's the main reason they didn't last. But if you are willing to work hard and act like a team with your dispatch, then the results will leave you smiling. One other reason is that we have drivers who left other companies because they felt like they didn't get enough miles, and once they come to K&B and see how hard they are required to run, they don't like it. Trucking isn't a Hanna Montana movie, you can't have the best of both worlds. Either run hard, cooperate and get rewarded for it. Or you can sit around and see your paychecks go down every week. Remember we are drivers; the greatest asset to the company, but let's not forget that what we were hired for. I'm just an employee, I don't get to call the shots, I do what my dispatch tells me to do as long as it's legal and safe. Good luck everyone and drive safe.
