Most companies do orientation every week,
So 13X52 is about 600 a year
I'm sure it's growth, couldn't be turnover.

Sorry for not posting yesterday. My cell service in sioux city is not good. Lol. Anyway, the final day of orientation is mainly listening to people tell you about the company's policies and procedures. Then you get your truck assignment and get to go check it out and make sure everything works and it doesnt need any repairs. Then you meet your dispatcher and get your first load assignment, which will usually load out the next morning due to you having been up all day already. I will say K&B IS NOT A TRAINING COMPANY! You need to know what you are doing before coming here. They will work with you to get home and from what i can tell they will treat you fair as long as you do your job. You have to be willing to run. K&b has a 99.5 percent on time delivery rate and they are serious about keeping it that way. Overall i think it's a good company that pays very well as long as you do your job.
