    He's definitely not making more money than a flatbed at Mercer smh...I used to work there and it's no comparison.. Don't start bs.. Smh

    If it's true an employee was doing this I hope they FIRE them all. I don't care if there dispatching on there own time or not, they have insider information because of working at Schneider!!!!

    Can't wait to see how this plays out.

    I just read the entire post on FB. It appears there is nothing wrong with what the person is doing, she is just booking loads for drivers for a fee. The critical element here is that it appears she DOES NOT have access to any more information that a normal IC or IC wife/GF etc.

    Honestly I would consider doing this for $100 a week, I think that having that much access and knowledge to the board by doing it 12 hours a day would be a fairly significant advantage over a driver checking the board when he finishes driving. Add to that they probably use the Freightpicker program and viola, loads booked from under your nose.

    No comparison to what? Scheinder, mercer is great company and i am the one who recommended he goes there. So i am not saying bad thing about them. All i was saying was doing flatbed does not guarantee higher pay check. If you don't believe i make more money then he does is your problem. I dont have to bs no one and dont care if you believe or not.

    Certainly would explain how loads go confirmed then disappear 1 second layer. Wonder how many are really involved.

    Most flatbed company drivers, that I know, make more than Dryvan guys. I assumed it would be the same for I/cs. Kinda interesting if that isn't the case. Most of the drivers I've talked here locally are pulling over $2+ a mile, but they aren't percentage either, they use brokers. Has anyone tried to run a comparison between what the percentage is that SNI is running out of an area, compared to what brokers in the area are moving it for?
    Sorry if it's a dumb question or got asked 16 pages back.

    Well it won't be hard to see if there's crap going on. If those IC's are being given great paying loads on a daily basis when we all know the average load is in the 1.40 to 1.60 range at best. Then you want to tell me this person works a shift at Schneider then goes home and books high paying freight all the time... There's not enough pumpkin juice to make me believe that...and nor do you all. This is the tip point to a program like this you can't have insider knowledge and profit from it.
