Dude im sorry this happened to you. Honestly am. Hopefully you are able to bounce back from this and doubt repeat the same mistake. And just as importantly hopefully others see this thread and don't make the mistake of trusting a used truck salesman.

Even with a new oil change? I mean most dealers have fresh oil in it clear as water.

Actually they don't always do a fresh service until they got a buyer. Just because of an oil sample being required by knowledgeable buyers. If it's been changed, you gotta shell out the money for a dyno. But you should be doing that anyway.

Oil sample would of shown it.Always get an oil sample and a dyno before you buy.

Truck ran fine drove it 180 miles to my local cummins dealer just didn't expect this from a dealer as big as select trucks
