I'm of the mind that no amout of time served is ever enuff when you cause the life of someone to be lost. Even more so when you are so willing to risk everything to make a delivery or pick-up. I don't know all the facts and none would seem to justify his decesion to drive while he is tired. Driving rules are in place for a reason, and to knowingly break them is another crime. Nuff said!

I AGREE THERES NOT ENOUGH TIME HE COULD HAVE SERVED FOR TAKING ALL THOSE LIVES. ESPECIALLY WHEN HE SHOULD HAVE GOT HIS TIRED ### OF THE ROAD. IF YOUR A TRUE DRIVER YOU KNOW YOUR LIMITS. :biggrin_25516:

For anyone not familiar with this accident , it was made even more tragic when 2 victims were misidentified . One family buried a girl they thought was their daughter while in fact she was in the hospital with a heavily bandaged face and the dead girl's parents thought she was their daughter . http://www.wthr.com/global/story.asp?s=4970548&ClientType=Printable
