I have been using the one on this site, and the one on the other site listed. Make sure you get a copy of the Commercial License Guide for your state, as well as any endorsement manuals.

 

Mn testers are picky on pretrips, you want to know the truck, be able to identify the parts accurately and use the terminology in the book, loose, cracked, broken, or missing ext..

 

You need your cdl permit to attend cdl school. For that you must go to the DMV and take the tests. That cost money, so check with WIOA first.
